Need help to schedule EX316 exam

Hello, i have bought exam EX316. How can i schedule for the remote exam ?

Hello Kazzcode,

When I have bought exams, I get an email with the URL for scheduling the exam. You should have received a similar email.

This is the URL I got on my most recent exam purchase.

Click on the exam you purchased on that webpage, and it will launch a scheduling wizard.

Thanks for the reply. I haven't got ny link like that.  Even though from the order page i can't schedule any exam. Not sure how to proceed from here. This is so confusing.

When you buy the exam, you have a credit that can be used to actually book the exam. See how at the bottom of your screenshot it says 0 of 1 used. You haven't assigned the credit to anybody. 

Try clicking on the red Actions button. You should have an option to assign the exam, and one of the choices will be to assign it to yourself. Once its assigned, then you can book your exam.

Got it, thanks and can i complete ex316 remotely or do i need to be at any of the exam center ?

Hi Kazzcode,

All Red Hat exams can be taken remotely. Make sure you read thru the remote exam FAQ, your setup has to meet all of their requirements.
